On March 22, 2019, Meng Xianhong, the chairman and general manager of Jiangsu Haixin Shipping Heavy Industry Co.,LTD, meets the former minister of transport Huang Zhendong, former minister of transport Li Shenglin and accompanied by on-the-spot visiting the Haixin Shipyard and the the largest non self-propelled cutter suction dredging equipment "Xin HaiXu" around the world which will set sail to Saudi Arabia to participate in the " One Belt and One Road " construction project of China.
