In the afternoon of January 13,2016, three leaders of the Ministry of Transport Integrated Management including deputy director Mr. Peng SiYi visited MV.“Chang Tian Long” produced by Haixin Heavy Industry and conducted a survey of the construction of 1000 tons emergency rescue and salvage floating crane. Deputy director of the Yangtze river on shipping administration Mr. Wei Zhigang , deputy director of theYangtze riverwaterway administration Mr. Yao Yong, and company leaders kept company with Mr. Peng to have a research on the technical condition and tested trial-sailing conditions. Mr. Peng listened to the report on the implement of the project in the meeting room, and affirmed the construction quality, functional localization and technical form of emergency rescue of MV.“Chang Tian Long”. Through running trial, anchoring trial and moving the ship test of the mooring position system, manned submersible test of diving system, ship dynamic position system function test , Mr. Peng thought the construction of this ship had met the requirement of the Ministry of Communications .Finally, Mr. Peng came up with requirement that we should make effort on completing crane tests and accomplish the connection and maneuver of diving systems to form fighting capacity as soon as possible. Mr. Wei and Mr. Yao demand completion of delivery at an early date and Post-Evaluation construction as soon as possible so as to accumulate experience for the modification and building of the following ships.
